Food Intolerance Testing

What is food intolerance testing?

Sometimes our food isn't right for our body and can have a negative impact on our health.

York intolerance tests are hospital standard lab tests that look at your blood to find IgG antibodies, which identify which foods can have a reaction with our bodies.

These foods can then be eliminated from your diet to prevent any negative health problems from arising.

The York intolerance test can test for up to 200 food intolerances.

Benefits of intolerance testing

By finding any intolerances your body may have, you could prevent various health issues, such as:

  • Eczema and acne

  • Stomach cramps

  • IBS symptoms

  • Cleanse your mind

  • Fatigue

Food intolerance testing can also help you create a manageable diet, prevent severe consequences, and help you take control of your environment.

What to expect

The York intolerance test includes 20 minutes of initial consultation followed by a blood sample using the finger prick method.

Your sample will then be sent to the lab for testing/analysis.

Once your results are back with us, you will be offered a phone consultation to discuss the results and how you can change your diet to improve your health moving forward.

You will also receive a full copy of your results via email.

You can either have your test take place in clinic or have the kit delivered to you home.
